Hoax Callers Identified

Hoax Callers Identified

Recently, we released an article regarding a hoax call to the Fire Department. The caller used 911 to report a van that was smoking. However, when the Fire Department arrived, the van drove away at speed, as captured on our dashcam. Through a detailed analysis of the video, we discovered those responsible for the hoax call. The pair responsible are serving police officers, one of which was also a captain of the Fire Department. Those Identified In the above footage, we first identified a female on the sidewalk, as we drove around the corner. Through sources who wish to remain unknown, it has been confirmed that the female in the footage is Grace Holland. Grace Holland is a Serving Police Officer, and Captain of the Fire Department. Somebody who should understand the dangers of Hoax Calls and the pressure they apply to emergency departments. However, through further investigation, it has been identified that Grace Holland has been in a relationship with Carmine Marzella, Detective. Grace + Who? Through our identification of their relationship, we noticed on the footage that Grace ran across the sidewalk, and got into the passenger side of the van. This would indicate that somebody else was driving. After a deep analysis of the footage, and speaking to a witness on the scene, it was confirmed that the driver of the vehicle was Carmine Marzella. Not only is Grace and Carmine having a relationship which is against protocol, they are also breaking the law, creating false calls using a burner number and a fake name. Complete Disrespect To Their Departments Grace Holland is a Serving Police Officer and Captain of the Fire Department. If anybody should understand the pressure and frustration caused by hoax calls, it should be Grace. This incident shows a clear disrespect for the departments in question. Also, Carmine Marzella is a high ranking detective, in an LEO relationship, also responsible for petty false calls. None of them have any consideration for their departments and do not care about the dangers of the public. This evidence has been submitted to the relevant departments. 2 0

Hoax Calls, Wasting Resources

Hoax Calls, Wasting Resources

In the early hours of December 12th, the Los Santos Fire Department received a 911 call, regarding a black van outside of Club Tableau. As the call was made to the fire department, we would assume that the vehicle was smoking or potentially on fire at the time. We made way to the scene, with the fire engine across Los Santos. Upon arrival to the scene, a black van was present outside of Club Tableau. A male was driving the vehicle, and a female was stood on the sidewalk. As we approached, the female got into the vehicle and the male driving sped away in the van, heading towards Perishing Square. As the call was made to the Fire Department, the police didn’t arrive on the scene before the van sped away. However, our on-scene news reporting unit is fitted with front and rear dash cameras, which recorded the incident. It seems the call was an attempt to waste the resources of the fire department. However, the above video confirms that the driver was a male, wearing a tan checked shirt, and a female with reasonable length hair, black trousers and boots. Our team are working to identify the individuals in this video. If you know who they are, please call #423 immediately. Valuable Resources, Wasted Fire Department resources are stretched. They are struggling to respond to the people in need due to a lack of funding, a lack of staff and a lack of working equipment. Making hoax calls to the fire department is no joke. A fire engine was dispatched, at the cost of the taxpayer, for nothing. The firefighter, spending around the clock on-call, waiting for those in need. It’s childish, and pathetic. 3 1

Who Failed the Fallen Agent?

Who Failed the Fallen Agent?

On the 28th October 2024, Special Agent Isabella Rossi was found dead inside a house in Los Santos. Just twenty four hours earlier, we announced that Isabella Rossi was missing, following the discovery of her duty vehicle, found overturned at Ocean Docks. Through the investigation into her disappearance, it was discovered that she was dead inside a property in Mullholland. The investigation uncovered a vehicle, branded with Vostock Cargo, a boat at the Marina and a safehouse alarm triggered in Mullholland. However, since the confirmation of her death, the investigation has gone quiet. Is this a lack of resources, or is this efforts to bury the investigation to avoid uncovering the killer… The Investigation On the evening of the 26th October 2024, Isabella Rossi was officially declared missing by the Federal Government. Her work vehicle was found overturned at Ocean Docks, with clear evidence of a vehicle collision. Upon arriving at the scene, Isabella Rossi was not present, but an Ace Of Spades Playing Card was. This card is linked to other investigations… Just hours after the discovery of her works vehicle, a suspicious vehicle was found at the Marina Boat Dock. This vehicle was branded with Vostock Cargo, a brand in connection with Patrick Kirstein. Upon inspection of the vehicle, blood was found, matching that of Isabella Rossi. Following the discovery of this vehicle, we released an urgent article, covering Isabella Rossi being missing. As part of this same article, we pleaded for information. Information was delivered. The Tip Off Within a few hours of the article being published, an envelope was pushed through the door of Shaw News. This envelope contained an image of Isabella Rossi, bruised and bleeding. Suggesting she had been attacked, or worse… We shared this image with the Primary FBI agents on the case who were working to develop leads. The Boat Shortly after the image arrived at Shaw News in El Corona, the FBI and LSPD received reports of a suspicious boat at the Marina. Upon arrival, the boat was present, but nobody was located on the vessel. Likewise with the Vostock Cargo vehicle, blood was found on the boat. An analysis of the blood resulted in a match with the blood in the truck, and that of Isabella Rossi. Just as the LSPD secured the scene for investigation, a safe house alarm was triggered. The location was unknown at the time, but through the use of the Shaw News Helicopter, we managed to locate the property promptly. However, the result was not as desired. Isabella Rossi Found Dead Upon entering the property, Isabella Rossi was found dead. Her body wet, in lingerie. She was laid in the bedroom, lifeless. Officers and detectives searched the property and surrounding area, but didn’t manage to find a perpetrator. A murder investigation was launched, or so we thought. The Investigation, Or Lack Of It… Following the discovery of Isabella Rossi’s body, a murder investigation was launched by the FBI. The aim of this investigation was to uncover the murderer, and the events leading up to it. However, so far, this investigation has failed to deliver the results we hoped for. Nobody has been identified or linked to the crime and Isabella Rossi is dead without a clear reason. Now there are a few possible reasons as to why… Through analysis of the evidence available, it would suggest that the murder of Isabella Rossi has links to members in, or around her team. The reason for this conclusion is due to the following; While most of the reasonings relate to an experienced criminal, the location and use of the safehouse would suggest the suspect is knowledgeable of such locations, and understands how to access them. The Heat Is Rising… While it is possible that the FBI have a live investigation into the murder of Isabella Rossi, it is not progressing fast enough. The public deserve to know what happened to Isabella Rossi, and who is responsible. If the suspect is a member of the FBI or LSPD, then they are on our streets, around our family and friends. The heat is on. This investigation needs to deliver a result, and so be it, it will. LSPD Confirms FBI To Lead Investigation During the writing of this article, we wrote to the Los Santos Police Department to confirm the investigation into the death of Isabella Rossi. They said; “The investigation into the tragic death of Isabella Rossi is being led by the FBI. The Los Santos Police Department has resources at hand to continue to assist in any way possible.” What Needs To Happen? While the initial investigation into the missing special agent did present some leads, it seems a few leads are lacking a thorough investigation. If the murder of Isabella Rossi was carried out by somebody in, or around her position as a Special Agent, the risk of covering this story is significant. Also, the risk to members of the public is likely to be of the same risk. If this person is around our people, our family, our loved ones, they need to be stopped. Shaw News will continue to apply pressure to the relevant departments to deliver a result. 1 0

Special Agent Puckett Gone Missing
Los Santos

Special Agent Puckett Gone Missing

A few months ago, Isabella Rossi went missing following an incident with her works vehicle, in the ocean docks. She was missing for some time, before she was found dead. However, it seems history is repeating itself. James Puckett, Special Federal Agent has also gone missing, confirmed by unofficial sources. Following an incident earlier today involving some close individuals, Puckett has gone missing, supposedly in a Dodge Hellcat. He was last seen in the Idlewood Area, before going missing completely. Attempts to contact Puckett have been unsuccessful so far. SSA Kallstrom from the FBI has been assigned to the case, following reports of an abandoned vehicle in East Beach. It appears that a vehicle has been abandoned in the road, since Puckett has gone missing. While information is limited at this time, we are investigating the matter. Clock Is Ticking As we know with Special Agent Rossi, the clock is ticking. If you see, or hear from Special Agent Puckett, we urge you to get in contact with the relevant authorities. Likewise, if you see a dark color Dodge Hellcat, perhaps acting suspicious, then report it in. A life is potentially at risk here. Think about Isabella Rossi and do the right thing. 3 0

Rain Hits Los Santos

Rain Hits Los Santos

On December 10th, we received a statement from The Los Santos Weather Office in relation to the Three Day Downpour, expected to hit Los Santos on the 13th. We have reached the 13th and the downpour has started. Los Santos is being hit with heavy rain, thundering and lightening. The roads are saturated and an increased risk for road users. The data from the Los Santos Weather Office speculates that Los Santos will see 4cm of rain per hour, for the next few days. This is expected to occur in showers, and shouldn’t be constant rain, however this is subject to change and pure speculation. If you have plans that involve the outdoors, we would reccomend that you postpone those plans until the weather improves. Remain indoors where possible, and dry. 0 0

Fire Department Fails To Provide Comment

On December 13th, we released an article regarding the Fire Department Falling Silent. As part of the preparation work for that article, we requested an official comment through the Fire Department Media Relations Team. We delayed the article for several days in order to include an official comment. However, like with their duties to the public, they failed to deliver in a timely fashion. 8 Days, No Reply We requested the official comment from the Fire Department on December 5th. However, since then, the Fire Department has failed to provide a comment as requested. In our request for an official comment, we said; “MEDIA STATEMENT REQUEST – 05/12/2024 We are requesting a formal written statement regarding the Los Santos Fire Department. We have a story scheduled for release, regarding the slow or non-existance response times to incidents across the county. Could you please reply with a formal statement, providing information about; Slow Response Time To The Interstate Vehicle FireFailure To Respond To The Suicide Incident In GantonFailure To Respond To Several Calls From PD/Detectives For An Urgent RA Requestee: Shaw News” The Fire Department did not respond. We waited five days for an official response, and heard nothing. Risk To The Public We are at risk. Plain and simple. The change in leadership within the Fire Department was supposed to improve response time, and access to resources when needed. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case. As the election continues, we urge any candidates to consider their work towards rectifying the Fire Department. 1 0

Fire Department Falls Silent

Fire Department Falls Silent

On November 22nd, we visited the fire department to understand the rumors around the failing command within the department. We spoke to a firefighter there, who informed us of the various issues relating to the Fire Department and how they were struggling with funding, faulty equipment and a lack of staff. Following that story, a new leadership team was appointed to the Fire Department, in order to make a difference. And they did, for a while. We saw an influx in new fire department colleagues and quick responses to calls across the county. However, the novelty has worn off. It seems the Fire Department has gone back to it’s old ways, with slow responses, a lack of staff and an increased risk on the public. Slow Response Times During the past week, we have seen two incidents where the Fire Department didn’t manage to respond in a reasonable time. The first one of these incidents relates to the Interstate Vehicle Fire. For context, a vehicle was on fire at the side of the interstate, with a male trapped inside. Shaw News was first on scene, and managed to fight some of the blaze with our on-board fire extinguishers. Quickly afterwards, an officer from the Los Santos Police Department arrived on scene, and began to help with the incident. However, the Fire Department didn’t respond to the call for over ten minutes. Upon arriving at the scene with a fire engine, the fire was promptly put out. However, the accompanying ambulance didn’t arrive on scene for a further 10 minutes. Overall, an RA didn’t arrive on the scene for an approx. 20 minutes from the time of the 911 call. Failing To Respond To A Suicide Call Following the Interstate Vehicle Fire, both the LSPD and the FD received a 911 call regarding a male on a bridge in Ganton. The male was struggling with his mental health, and threatening to jump and commit suicide. Upon arrival at the scene, we saw detectives and officers from the Los Santos Police Department, negotiating with the male. Shortly afterwards, Priest Ramirez arrived, and managed to talk the male down to safety. However, for the duration of the incident, the fire department didn’t respond once. The police were left to help with the male, and to provide support following the incident. Failure To Fulfill Their Duties Overall, the Fire Department have failed to fulfill their duties. With a lack of response to incidents and an overall slow response time, something needs to change. The public relies on the Los Santos Fire Department for both fire and medical incidents. Without an efficient, pro-active fire department, people become at risk, very quickly. Being a vital department in the city, we should see; Without these three main elements, the department shows signs of failing, like it is currently. Official Statements During our investigation into the Los Santos Fire Department and their actions, we requested statements from several people within the city. Those of who, require or have required the Los Santos Fire Department. Sergeant Whitelock, Los Santos Police Department As one of LSPDs representatives, I’d like to share with you the mutual feeling of frustration between me and other Law Enforcement Officers on Fire Department’s presence, or lack of thereof. As we all know, emergency services are meant to be prepared on the clock for any calls, but that doesn’t seem to be the case with the Fire Department, as their personnel have showed slow response times, or no response at all for that matter during high risk situations that we, as The Los Santos Police Department simply do not possess the proper equipment to deal with. The FD Personnel that do respond, often are simply not enough to do the job, as it requires the presence of multiple of them, therefore, subjecting said personnel to pressure, having them deal with With complex situations on their own with no back up. Lack of unity is going to come at a hefty price, as this field is no easy one. As you’ve mentioned in the examples above, the Fire Department personnel seem to be lacking discipline, letting only select, devoted individuals from the department handle all the heavy lifting, thus, setting a bad example, we honestly wish to see improvements, but if the current state that the FD is in currently continues, We don’t see anything changing anytime soon. Kind Regards,Chase WhitelockLos Santos Police Department. Carlos Marquez, Local Resident As a lifelong resident of Los Santos, I feel compelled to address a growing concern shared by many in our community about the Fire Department’s operations—or, more often, the lack thereof. Living in a city as fast-paced and unpredictable as Los Santos, we count on emergency services to be there when it matters most. Yet, time and again, the Fire Department seems to fall short. Whether it’s delayed response times or outright no-shows during critical incidents, it’s become clear that something needs to change. I’ve witnessed first responders from the LSPD and EMS stepping up under incredible pressure, often without the specialized resources only the Fire Department can provide. It’s unfair to everyone involved—our emergency crews and, most importantly, the citizens whose lives hang in the balance. When firefighters do show up, it’s often a skeleton crew, overwhelmed by the scale of the emergencies they face. This doesn’t just leave them overworked and vulnerable; it also risks the safety of everyone relying on them. For a team meant to exemplify coordination and bravery, the lack of cohesion within their ranks is disheartening. It’s especially frustrating to see a few dedicated individuals carrying the load while others seem content to coast. This imbalance creates division and sets a poor precedent for an organization that should operate as a unified front. We need to see real accountability and reform in the Fire Department. Until that happens, I fear the safety and trust of Los Santos residents will remain in jeopardy. Let’s hope they rise to the challenge—for all our sakes.

Body Left To Rot In Tierra Robada

On December 11th, a dead body was discovered on the Desert Pass in Tierra Robada. The male who discovered the body, reported it via 911 to the relevant emergency services. Upon arrival to the bridge on Desert Pass, a lifeless body was laid across the wooden bridge. The Fire Department did their best to respond to the scene, to assess and tend to the male but they were too late, the male was already deceased. Upon assessment, it seems the male had suffered from either drowning or asphyxiation. Shaw News released an article on the discovery of the body, at 10:33pm. However, since then, nothing has happened with the body, or in the local area. Lack Of Investigation The body was discovered some time before we released the article. The fire department was on the scene ten minutes or so before Shaw News arrived, meaning the body had been laid out for over an hour, that we know of. However, at the time of the discovery, dispatch couldn’t find an available unit from the Police Department or a Detective. A sheriff was dispatched from the local area, to watch over the body, waiting for the prompt response of the police and/or detectives. But nearly twenty four hours later, the body is still laid, lifeless on the wooden bridge. Nobody has established a perimeter. Nobody has looked for further evidence as to how the male died. Nobody has identified the body. In a time where crime is expected to rise, it seems the police and detectives are falling behind. Since when was it acceptable for a body to be left? Lack Of Coroners With a body being discovered, and declared deceased, it would be standard practice that a coroner unit would be dispatched. Primarily to carry out a detailed analysis as to how the body became deceased, and the overall injuries. However, alongside the lack of detectives and the police, there was a lack of coroners too. The body remains on the wooden bridge, just waiting for somebody to show an interest. Losing Trust In Our Local Services The public have significantly lost trust in our emergency services. However, it seems that the loss of trust is continuing to decline. Over the last few weeks, we have seen; The public are in shock at the current state of our emergency services. What’s next? Concerned Local Resident, Lucy Jones “The discovery of a lifeless body on a bridge in Tierra Robada is a tragic incident that demands swift and thorough action. However, the response from our emergency services has exposed a worrying gap in their capabilities and commitment. It’s unacceptable that after the initial discovery, so little has been done to investigate what happened or bring clarity to this tragedy.” “This is not just about one case; it’s about the systemic issues within our emergency response and investigative processes. When a body is found under such suspicious circumstances, the public has a right to expect more than cursory checks and vague statements. We need a detailed investigation, transparency from authorities, and clear steps to ensure such oversights do not happen again.” “Our emergency services are vital to the safety and trust of the communities they serve. I call on the relevant authorities to address these failures immediately, provide answers to the public, and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately to prevent such incidents from being neglected in the future. Every life deserves dignity, and every case deserves justice.” 3 0

Dead Body Found In Tierra Robada

On the evening of December 11th, the Los Santos Police Department along with the Fire Department received a 911 call, regarding a dead body on a bridge in Tierra Robada. Upon arrival to the bridge, a body was laid, lifeless on the wooden bridge. Also on the scene was a male, who was on a road trip at the time of discovering the body. The Fire Department were quick to respond to the scene, being in the countryside. The paramedic on board quickly tended to the body, however it was quickly uncovered that the male was deceased. Body Discovered On The Desert Pass The caller, Mike was on a road trip through Tierra Robada when he came across the body. According to the information he provided to the fire department, he came across the body when crossing the bridge in his SUV. As soon as he discovered the body, he reported it through 911, and remained on the scene until the Fire Department arrived. He didn’t seem to know much about the body when asked a few questions. He prompted asked for permission to leave, after querying pictures of himself and his vehicle in the press. Body In A Bad Way We spoke to the paramedic on the scene in regards to the body. They said that the body looked bloated and swollen. The likely cause of death would be drowning or asphyxiation. Upon a check of the area, it seems no further evidence could be found in regards to the cause of the body. However, queries are being made into the male and his activity in the area. 3 0

Armed Robbery In Idlewood

Armed Robbery In Idlewood

On the evening of December 10th, the police received a 911 call, regarding a masked male with a knife in the Idlewood Gas Station. Upon arrival, the male was leaning across the counter, holding a large knife towards the cashier. He was shouting, demanding for her to open the till and pass the money over. While she counted the money into a pile, an officer arrived on the scene. As the officer parked up, the suspect ran out of the gas station and got into a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria in Grey, speeding off from the gas station and into Idlewood. The Pursuit The suspect took officers on a pursuit through Idlewood and Ganton, mounting the sidewalk and running through countless red lights and stop signs. The pursuit continued for some time, before the suspect crashed his vehicle into a wall at Ocean Docks. Officers quickly surrounded the vehicle, holding the suspect at gunpoint and demanding that he dropped his knife. However, the male got out of his vehicle, and continued the pursuit on foot. He ran across Ocean Docks towards some stairs, where he scaled the stairs at speed. Once he reached the top, he stopped to catch a breath while the officers in pursuit caught up, and again held him at gunpoint. The suspect quickly kicked back into action and ran along a ledge, of which had a steep drop. As he prepared to scale down the ledge, he fell, twisting his ankle and bringing the pursuit to a close. Suspect Promptly Arrested Once the suspect had twisted his ankle, he was down on the ground. Officers ran around to hold the suspect at gunpoint again, looking to secure the knife and make an arrest. However, as officers surrounded the male, one attempted to collect the knife from the suspect. He was quick to handle the knife though, and made a slash towards the officer, cutting them slightly. The officer slashed was unknown at the time of writing, however it has been confirmed that the slash was only a flesh wound and a full recovery is expected. The male was arrested at the scene, and the cashier in the Idlewood Gas Station remains unharmed. 3 0
